Where are the meeting minutes for the months of May and June. I am still looking for the approval of the "pergula" ($3,500) that was built at the pool in May which is still not finished.

One would think that the construction of the pergola would be considered a capital improvement. Was the approval of the pergola handled as a capital improvement?

Answering a question with a question is the oldest diversionary tactic in the books....so was it approved?????who,what,when,where and how much?

OK...Please post the July Minutes including those from the Executive Session(behind closed doors)included. Where in the By-Laws/Declarations is the "Executive Session" addressed? Please let us know. (
